I have so much exciting news about the WFC launch party, and the party team (yes, there’s a party team!) has gotten far enough in the planning that I think an update is in order First of all, the party now has an official title: “The Blessed and the Bustled.” And [...] Man I have been slammed this week, which accounts for my general level of radio silence. But I’ve got so much to report! Let’s start with costuming. 1) The great sewing project has well and truly commenced, and much progress has been made. Late last week I laced up the corset I made [...] I have new glasses! I just picked them up from the optician yesterday, and I think they’re pretty boss. Yes, I did a video interview for Bitten [...] OMG, the 15 yards of taffeta I ordered for my World Fantasy dress came today, and it’s utterly gorgeous! The color is perfection.
