A true test of how obsessed one is with any project is how early in the morning one is willing to get up to work on it. These days, I am getting up at 4 a.m. to get a few hours of work in on sewing before I have to go to work. Insanity? [...] I hate to say this but I’m starting to get pretty sick of sewing. And when one is sick of sewing a Parisian trained skirt, one is clearly sick of life. But I am not so sick of life that I’m going to fail in my project blogging duties, because of all the duties [...] … all weekend long I sang that song. Which isn’t so much a song, really, as just words I kept humming tunelessly to myself. Basting and pleating. Basting and pleating. It wasn’t all basting and pleating though.
