My Authorial Debut

The Thrilling Sequel

My Wiscon Schedule! (OK not really.)

No, I’m not going to be at Wiscon this year. Basically I’m not doing any cons until my book comes out. All my pennies are being scrupulously hoarded away for my book launch party at WFC in October (I mean, I know you people. You’re going to demand the good snacks and booze. I can’t just put out dollar store cheetos and a few bottles of Old Crow. Despite the fact that Old Crow *is* my favorite brand of bourbon, you haters.)

But I will be at Wiscon in spirit. In graphical spirit that is …  for behold! I’ve designed the poster for the third annual Taboo reading! (I’ve designed every Taboo poster so far, and it seems that I have become a legacy. I am proud to uphold this tradition.)

Anyway, if you get a chance, you should swing by this reading. It’s usually squicky, sometimes squirmy, and always intense. The lineup is fantastic. And they usually have candy! (OK, yes, the first year it was penis shaped gummies, (NSFW) but they still tasted good.)

We love yours posters! Thank you! –Vy

Gorgeous poster!!! (Just wish the reading wasn't at the same time as mine in a better location. :-D )

Oh no! (we do have to be in the Concourse Conf 2 though. If we are at Michelangelo's or an open lobby or something, we risk offending passersby and possibly ruining WisCon's relationship with the coffeeshop or whatever.)

    *Very* taboo-rific.

    I could handle cheetos.
If I could come to the event.
    Drat.
