It's one of those things I never liked when I was younger, but this morning it sure sounded good. If you're substituting, just throw in 2 tbs good vanilla extract instead of bourbon. Well, the goofy thing is most good vanilla extract is made with bourbon anyway, so … yeah. ;-) The bourbon is pretty much just called out for marketing purposes (you know, like “Kenny Rogers Bourbon Chicken!” or whatever.

If you’re substituting, just throw in 2 tbs good vanilla extract instead of bourbon.
